Herbert T. Schwartz

Herbert T. SchwartzHerbert T. Schwartz is a seasoned class action lawyer who has also practiced antitrust litigation for more than 30 years.  He is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Judge Advocate-Military Trial Judge.  In addition to his active practice he has been an adjunct professor of law at the University of Houston Law Center and the South Texas College of Law.

Mr. Schwartz is active in Air Force Retired Judge Advocate Association, local charities and serves as a U.S. Naval Academy “Blue and Gold” officer to interview and evaluate young men and women applicants to USNA.  A frequent author of legal journal articles, Mr. Schwartz has also taught trial skills to junior lawyers at various National Institute for Trial Advocacy programs in New York and California as well as the Intensive Trial Advocacy Course at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA.
