Our Basic Contract Law for Small Businesses semin ar is designed for the new entrepreneur and owner of small businesses. In this seminar you will learn the basic elements of a written and oral contact, what contracts need to be in writing, and the formalities of special contracts. You will also learn the structure of basic contracts used with customers, employees, independent contractors and vendors and how to avoid common mistakes made by new and small businesses. The seminars are held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month at noon.
